Eddie Flaisler is an engineering executive with two decades of experience building and scaling global engineering organizations totalling 100+ engineers across 8 countries at category-defining companies, including Uber (NYSE: UBER), Box (NYSE: BOX), and Lob.
Led engineering through hypergrowth, enterprise readiness, profitable scaling, and organizational pivot. At Box, built Enterprise Engineering into the foundation supporting 70%+ of $1B revenue. At Lob, led a globally distributed organization through transition to profitable growth at $100MM+ ARR and 1B+ annual mail pieces.
Worked on high-scale distributed systems, including defense-in-depth security architecture, GDPR compliance at Uber scale, distributed transcoding infrastructure serving Turner CNN and Warner Bros., simulation infrastructure for autonomous vehicles, and regulated financial systems.
Currently at Sagittarius Labs, where I architected and built Mission Control, an AI-native leadership intelligence platform integrating 25+ enterprise systems. Designed and implemented production-grade data ingestion pipelines, task-specific agent orchestration, vector search, and knowledge graph architecture, deployed on GCP with SOC 2-aligned controls including OAuth2, RBAC, encryption-at-rest, and audit logging. Sagittarius Labs was accepted into Google for Startups Scale Tier as the first bootstrapped company admitted. Engaged in strategic partnership and acquihire discussions with late-stage and public technology organizations exploring AI-native organizational intelligence.
